SKILEMAN INC. REVENUE UNIT OFFERING PACK 1. Introduction Skileman INC is a social jobbing platform connecting skilled professionals (carpenters, barbers, plumbers, etc.) to potential clients in their area. We are introducing a new funding and reward system that is not based on equity or ownership, but on participation in our revenue - through what we call "Revenue Units." Revenue Sharing Policy - 5% of Skileman revenue is allocated and distributed across all Revenue Units (SKM + GT). - Revenue is calculated in real time via the Sharix Wallet after every financial transaction on the Skileman platform. - Revenue Payout Date: First of each month (quarterly withdrawal allowed). - No minimum threshold or cap payout for now. 4. Terms of Use and Definitions - Revenue Units: Rights to participate in a portion of Skileman's revenue. They do not represent equity, ownership, or voting rights. - SKM Units: Resellable units available to the public. - GT Units: Gifting units that can be given but not resold. - Revenue Partners: Formerly called shareholders. Individuals who own any form of Revenue Units. - Revenue Rewards: Automated distribution of earnings tied to units. Replaces terms like dividends or returns. 5. Skileman Platform Revenue Streams Skileman earns revenue from: - Bookings (15% commission per transaction) - Merchandise sales - Skileman Learn (15% commission per transaction) All earnings across these streams are subject to the 5% allocation toward Revenue Unit holders. 6. Sharix Wallet All Revenue Rewards are calculated and stored in the Sharix Wallet. This is a secure, in-app system that automatically processes and stores your earnings. Withdrawals are made quarterly. 7. Compliance Note This offering does not grant ownership or equity in Skileman INC. Revenue Units are strictly for participation in revenue.
